3. SMS & Phone Communications
Program description. Outpace Strategy Group operates a non-recurring conversational SMS program plus an optional marketing SMS program for our website visitors, prospects, and clients. We use SMS to schedule strategy calls, send appointment confirmations and reminders, share project updates, deliver requested information, and (only with explicit opt-in) send occasional marketing or promotional messages about our services.
Consent & opt-in. You opt in to receive SMS from Outpace by (a) explicitly requesting a text response in another channel such as our chat widget, email, or a phone call, or (b) entering your number into a keyword-based opt-in flow operated by Outpace. We never purchase phone lists, and your number will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on the nature of your engagement with us. Most users receive only a handful of messages per month. Active project clients may receive more frequent transactional updates.
Carrier rates. Message and data rates may apply. Outpace does not charge for SMS itself, but your wireless carrier’s standard rates apply.

4. Marketing Consent & Opt-Out

You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing us at info@outpacestrategygroup.com. Withdrawing marketing consent will not affect our ability to send transactional messages related to active engagements.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
